Classical Mystery Tour: Blog Reviews

July 28th, 2008 by Jon Miles

A little rain didn’t keep people from having a great time at this weekend’s Classical Mystery Tour concert. In fact, many appreciated the cooler weather. Jen Habertson had a great time watching the “interpretive dancing” during the concert. Sarah & Alex have some great recipes for the picnic food they brought along to the concert (the Pine Nut & Lemon Orzo sounds delicious!). There were some other great blog posts out there from Cortni, Chrissy, and Pastor Rodger. Also, thanks Mary for giving us a 5/5 on the margarita scale!

This weekend’s forecast is all sun, but it’s great to see that people enjoy themselves at the Festival even when the weather isn’t optimal. Hope you can make it to either New World Symphony or Broadway Rocks! this weekend. If you’d rather stay indoors, we’ll also be presenting Double the Beethoven and Time for Three at St. Mary’s Church.

I haven’t posted a review on my blog yet, but I loved the Mystery Tour concert… even with the rain! We had some first timers with us, and they loved it too. Hopefully they will soon be back on a night without rain!

Looking forward to a sunnier version of the evening with the New World Symphony this Friday!
